Same exact issues I have with my unit. My firmware is also updated. However mine is on the right channel (the pops). I use a windows 10 pc. I noticed that everytime there's "extra load" on my PC, such as previewing a youtube video or loading a web page, those click will occur. It even occurs...

I have updated the firmware. Pretty easy process. However the issue is still not fixed. Loads of pops. Actually there are now pops when stuff loads on my computer now such as a new page, etc... pretty annoying

Where? I don't see anything that says "firmware" actually. Only a driver.

Ok my unit has started the pops as well, and it does it whenever i skip forward in YouTube videos. It's quite unbearable. Do we know if this is a hardware issue, i.e unfixable?

Ok I do experience pops and clicks with my unit as well now. It happens on SOME audio sources, I wonder why. On Sptofiy I don't hear it, but on media played through Telegram I do hear it distincively. Is this a forever-hardware issue or something that can be fixed with a firmware update? Pinging...

So on spotify I'll be on track 1, then skip from track 1 to 2, etc, and it would crack? I can't hear it on mine. I use XLR out.

Is there a way to reliably reproduce the popping issue? I do notice it on SOME audio sources and its very faint. On others, its not there.

I really prefer to not rely on a remote for easy switching. Btw, when you switch outputs, is the volume remembered on each output?
