Yeah I can confirm that my vulkans are way too bass heavy for my bedroom lol. But yeah was more of a future investment. I really want to hear those Montans tho :) nice stuff.

Thats really nice man!! I had some rondo's too which I salvaged because one of the woofers on my shoguns was broken (some rondos share the same woofers and are alot cheaper than shoguns).

Hi sorry for the late reply. This is currently impossible. The vulkans weigh 90 kilo's each, it took 3 builders and 30 mins per speaker to get them upstairs. There is no way im moving them.

Also maybe an interesting fact. One of my tweeters on my Quadral Shoguns broke. Quadral still repairs the tweeters from their old lineup from 20-30 years ago. You can send them your woofers/tweeter and they will repair it (not cheap tho but expected).

Cool, I forget to look if there were any reponses :) There is just something with these ribbon tweeters that make the treble sound much smoother in my opinion. Also interesting review. Which montans do you have?
