Yup tested same here - i think they can prob adress with firmware as the auto on alreay monitors so reverse should be possible - no issue for me as i use the trigger.

I use the trigger - no issues - c658 powers on 1 sec later c298 power on - same in reverse - this was critical for me as im trying to do my green part - if you like can test auto sense on mine

Reshuffled cables and just went sut to mc in on c658 and loving the sound now - added benefit sub now connected to line out on c298 so much cleaner on pre

Sorry about that - if my speakers were not 6ohm i would have been tempted to buy another one and bridge them but i think it is looking for trouble on 6ohm speakers

Nc252mp and naim xs2 - sounds similar to hypex with more control and overall aounds fuller - im no expert - what works well is no custom trigger as with nc252mp and no more power down pops - fixed gain xlr and aub connexted to rca out on c658

Sounds ok to my ears - prob as good as that c658 can go

Ok this is great so not going mad - can now close case and start listening :-)

Same issue even while using optos for mute and power.

Much appreciated - will try another circuit today with opto's for mute and power on to see if I can reduce noise.

Ok had some time to play with the NC252MP and all working well barring one little niggly that im trying to sort out. When I break the standby connection there is a small pop, is audible enough to irritate me - have tried a couple of permutations by first muting the amp before cutting main SMPS...

Im very interested on the inside please as Audiophonics solved the cabling issue with a daughter board :-)
