Anyone tried this amp with the T8 preamp?

I didn't say I get voltage only when a DAC is connected. I'm saying the Voltage is passed to other devices too when connected to the amp.

The light sustains. Yes, I feel mild shock every time I touch it. I connected a DAC to it. The DAC to gives a mild shock. But if I disconnect the DAC from the amp, no shock on the DAC. The seller denying the issue. He says he tested it with both voltage tester and a digital metre, but no issues...

I sent it back to the local supplier. He tested it and saying they are not facing this issue. They also sent a video of testing the amp with voltage tester.

Checked that, still the same.

My A300 is dead silent. It's been a week since I bought it.

Should I buy a pre amp for A300? It sounds great without seperate pre amp or dac. But a seperate pre amp would improve the sound quality? I use ThinkPad laptop+foobar2000+flac audio files as my source. Connecting A300 via 3.5 to RCA cable. Q Acoustics 3020i speakers.
