    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

Yes, the bottom of the fins is open. The white areas reach temps over 50°C

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

I have v2 Version. NAD managed to cover the passive cooling fins on the sides with the glass cover so the hot air cannot disappear. I also got upset about this insane design. I removed the cover plate and constructed a new one (improves around -8°). Nevertheless I didnt had reboots with the...

NAD M10 V3 BluOS STREAMING AMPLIFIER

Its OT but there are some really good ones also in this size (e.g. KEF LS50 META ...) I guess with these or others you seriously hear a difference, most likely also with Dirac.

NAD M10 V3 BluOS STREAMING AMPLIFIER

Out of curiosity, are u really using these Wharfedale low cost speakers with this device  I mean I clearly can hear any change with Dirac and it is more or less always better than without (especially in lower ranges).

NAD M10 V3 BluOS STREAMING AMPLIFIER

The different DAC could indeed make an audible difference, but what is "better" is more a thing of taste.

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

I cant hear measuring values, I can hear noises which should not be there and I can hear when the sound is bad, flat or whatever. Before I used 4 devices to produce "my sound" (SMSL SU9, PiCore with Allo DigiOne, Antimode x2 and a fantastic Chinaclone Class A Amp). This sounded very well but I...

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

I guess the guy who answered could claim to be a politician ... blabalalbalalbalbalbaa ...:D Whatever, I dont really need the DLBC ... of course nice to have but if not ... Dirac is good enough. Without Dirac I have an issue.

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

It is with optimizing and without, no difference. Might be a bug, or HW cant handle. Even with network share from NAS it was identical. I have a wild mix of formats there, maybe thats an issue? Whatever, I found now a workaround. I created 3 folders with each 5k files. Then I added these 3...

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

Did anyone ever tried to connect a USB Device with more than 15.000 music files? I realized when doing that that the M10 V2 gets extremely slow nearly being unusable. As example, when I touch display the action is executed after around 30s. Same is with using the app. Only remote control works...

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

Imagine my shock, I realized the issue as well immediately. It looks like nearly all NAD BluOs devices with Dirac had it, so they had a lot of feedback and rushed to get the root cause

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

Be careful with last update 4.4.11. It has Dirac Bug. NAD provided already fix with 4.4.12.

Not at all ... cannot be an issue ...

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

With M10 I dont need anything external to connect to it, except USB Stick and tell me that you would be able to hear worse sounding from M10 compared to 7050... I assume also in 10 years (if it didnt die before) it will be able to play USB  I dont see a bad thing to buy a new one after...

    NAD M10 Streaming Amplifier Review

At a certain point in time thats true, but for sure not before at least 10years at least. Imagine u buy M33 for 5300€ and would be out of Support 3-5 years later. Thats BS, sorry to say.
