I have both, somehow I prefer A22 sweet, engaging and punchy sound without any hit in resolution or clarity, I attribute this to it's powerful dual mono, fully discrete output stage, where it shines most is as a Pre-Amp DAC with 6v output in balanced mode.

Have any of you actually listened to the M400, it is better than topping's D90 and peoples attempts to discredit are disappointing. It is one of the best DACS I have every listened to and I have plenty of DACS to compare it with.
