I have the white ones and as already mentioned the color is quite matte. I have them on the side of the TV and never found them distracting. Note, I have a fine mesh fabric covering the speaker so the cones is not as visible but I would believe it would be fine anyways. Not sure if the picture...

Realised that I screwed up the db:s (need glasses)... after.. even though the 93.7 db test tone was louder than I probably ever listen. Everything of course disconnected and room occupied now, but will try again. This is what I got, and it's one measurement each about 2,7 m away from speakers...
