My opinion is that Audiophonics should have handle the postage of the replacement and not Topping since i bought from them and they supppose to be the reseller of Topping. Now DHL has open a ticket to Topping asking to pay all process. If the process was handled from Audiophonics no issue...

And in these cases who payed the proceess which is fixed price when Dhl or another courier imports something and it is not with local post office? I dont talk about vat or fees but for import process . In my case is 45€ and i will deny to pay it since its not my fault. Will topping pay it?
