I have a 2 year old Denon AVR-3700h. Great receiver otherwise, but I can't get any 12v signal from the trigger. Finally getting around to setting up my lexicon amp (Bryston 4B clone) and want to have it turn on with the avr. I've tried turning the trigger to "On" for everything in the Denon...
