As the others have mentioned, the failures/RMAs could have caused through my power supply issue. No intention of blaming Neumann; it doesn't help with anything.

Not powering up at all. I'll ask Neumann on the cause of the failure; I would assume that they would be able to tell that if the power supply failed to it being fried (from a power surge or otherwise).

That's what I did in the end. Just got an email yesterday from them to say the repair has been completed! Edit: Picked them up and they replaced my faulty speaker with a new one. Probably a good thing I guess.

I did realize a weird quirk with these speakers when they are set to a slightly higher volume though; using my wireless logitech MX Master 3 mouse's roller scroll gets some form of interference everytime I scroll up / down. Not sure if the rest of you are getting the same issues?
