I use a SMSL d-6s balanced DAC with my lp6 monitors. I use them only to listen to music and play PC games. Works perfectly and it's a big upgrade from the previous ayima a07 with pioneer Andrew Jones speakers. I plan to add the ws6.2 soon and switch to the topping d50iii for peq.

Just ordered this dac to use with a pair of Kali V2 monitors. When playing Amazon Music from my PC should I have windows at 100% volume, the monitors at (?) 0db then adjust the volume with the dac? Crank the dac and adjust with windows? Right now I have windows cranked, a no-volume control dac...

I think i want it to have overall volume to me lowered by dB. I want a bit perfect 2.2 Chanel system for Amazon Music paired with a mini dsp flex for Dirac. Am I correct that the flex has distortion if the source is not lowered. I couldn't find a way to lower the volume with my wiim puck wich is...
