Can the SA300 drive 4ohm speakers?

The Aiyima D03 has aptX, and both digital (coax and optical) and RCA inputs.

Where can one buy one now?

I considered this too, but the sub out is speaker level, and passive subs are more limited in selection. Also, this is a TPA3116 unit.

Likewise, I'm totally new too. 2 weeks ago I had no idea what TPA3116, TPA3255 or MA12070 were. Now I'm discovering there are also DACs, BT chips and other components to consider haha. Not to mention the scarce availability and lack of warranty to contend with.

Any idea how these compare to the Aiyima D03? I'm planning on either one to power a pair of JBL Control 1G speakers for a PC setup.

OK so I've narrowed it down to the Aiyima D03 and the SMAL SA300. Both fulfill my criteria of supporting aptX, sub out, and have better than TPA3116 chip amps. The Aiyima is about 125USD where I am, and the SMSL is about 140USD. The Aiyima doesn't have warranty though, while the SMSL has 1 year...

Sad to know. Did you manage to get any warranty replacement for them? Anyway, looks like I'll have to stay away from them then. A pity since they checked all my boxes at a low price. Now my next best alternatives are the SMSL A100, which is pretty much unavailable anywhere, and the SA300...

Hi @ModDIY did you get the brzhifi M3 in the end? I'm also considering it and the SMSL A100, but the latter seems to be out of stock everywhere.
