    Panasonic rp-hje125 - ergonomics alternative

I'm looking for alternatives for these Panasonic rp-hje125, that have similar ergonomics and better sound. I like them a lot because of their oval shaped tips and the ergonomic L shaped body that allows you to grab it very precisely and very quickly and put it or take it out(for casual/office...

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

Funny thing is that Dynaudio also had a bunch of poorly designed products, not too long ago. People that checked the products were almost laughing at the mistakes. Like Dynaudio, there are others also with poor designs, at least in the past, Wilson Audio for example.

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

Blasphemy, you're completely disregarding their outrageously expensive research and development...

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

If your product is listed on the market, it can be evaluated in any way people want. Some people run their cars over them, just to show how solid they are. People pay money for these things(sometimes copious amounts of money), they're not given for free. I really don't see your point. The 500$...

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

Have you heard of a thing called "patents"? We have it for around 600 years already. But I guess you missed it.

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

Are you from Dynaudio, selling 13k$ bookshelf speakers? Do they show any clear audible/measurable results of their "research" and "development"? I mean just something there, to convince you why it should cost that much and not less than half(if there were no new "developments" and used instead...

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

Not from the well known brands. These are increasing the prices. I know that chinese are coming with lower prices and flawless performance, but the whole product is not flawless and even they realize that they can increase the price to maximize the profit instead of competing to sell at lowest...

Why aren't we bringing the equipment prices down with more published blind test demos?

In my opinion, everything is getting more expensive nowadays without audio discernible improvements and the public isn't doing enough to stop this trend. I think that for speakers especially there should be more initiative, otherwise even the budget manufacturers will increase the prices up...

    IEM's - Where do diminishing returns start - cost wise? $10, $15, $20, $30, $50, $200, etc, etc

Has anyone compared side by side, 7HZ x Crinacle Zero: 2 and Truthear Nova? Any noticeable differences? Is it worth spending the extra cash? Going beyond 7HZ x Crinacle Zero: 2, is there anything else worth spending the money?

AOSHIDA SMSL C200 Review (DAC & Amp)

Is there a way to make the Windows volume to work too with this DAC? I know that it affects dynamic range, but I still need it sometimes. Other USB soundcards that I have, do not exhibit this behavior of ignoring completely the windows volume.

AOSHIDA SMSL C200 Review (DAC & Amp)

I think I was wrong by blaming the C200, it seems that even with the onboard soundcard of the laptop, the clicks/pops appear. I'll test some more on other computers. I blamed the poor DAC for no reason, it seems that it's not its fault. I'm sorry. Talking about the sound, C200...

AOSHIDA SMSL C200 Review (DAC & Amp)

Thank you! I changed it, however, there is still a click/pop when a song starts and when i stop it. Also there will be 2 clicks/pops if the sample rate changes.

    Sennheiser HD650 Review (Headphone)

Yes, that's what I thought too, but my friend who owns the whole system, could not disagree more. He thinks that the Little Dot is actually the thing that brings the HD6xx's to the next level.

    Sennheiser HD650 Review (Headphone)

I've listened to a pair of HD6xx(they advertise it as a rebranded HD650) with Little Dot amp and a Meridian DAC. I felt like the sound had a certain hardness/roughness. My friend also had a lower spec HD5xx series, and they also gave me this impression. Has anyone else noticed this? Could this...

USB audio interface upgrade for Weiliang Breeze Audio WBA-SE2. Any suggestions?

Do you guys think that the shitbox I have right now, that Weiliang Breeze Audio WBA-SE2 from the first post, could measure 1 kohm output impedance? I've just put the multimeter on it and it shows 1kohm. I've also measured a Samsung USBC dongle and it measures 4 ohms.
