    Yamaha YH-5000SE Flagship Headphone Review

It matters to me though because I use this website to recommend items for me to buy. I can't have people like you messing things up for me as has happened in the past. I have purchased items that measured perfectly and were rated highly by people like you, but when I actually used it I was...

    Yamaha YH-5000SE Flagship Headphone Review

So the people who actually know what they are talking about because they have actually used the headphones are the ones who should not vote? I'm not sure you have thought things through properly.

    Yamaha YH-5000SE Flagship Headphone Review

190 ratings already on a headphone that costs $5000. Why are people who have never used this headphone rating it? This site would be more useful to buyers if the only people who rate a headphone are those who have actually tried it.

Why people lean towards planar headphones as they are mostly Not following the specific Target

I don't know about redditors but I wouldn't put much faith in what reviewers say, especially YouTubers. I have been misled by them many times. It's amazing what greed for affiliate income does to honesty. I didn't think much of the Sundara when I owned it. They were not bad but the hd600 had a...

    Hifiman Arya Review (headphone)

I have never tried the Susvara. I don't know if it's coincidence but the Ananda also has high distortion in the same area that the susvara has and that sounds like absolute trash. But I won't vote on the survey of any headphone I haven't tried. As for the AR5000, I have tried quite a few low...

    Hifiman Arya Review (headphone)

The Arya is quite good and is much better than the trash Ananda Stealth V3 but it's not as good as the much cheaper Aune AR5000.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

Not sure what you mean. I already said twice before that I haven't done a proper test to prove my claims but that I hope to do one eventually.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

You are right when you say it doesn't sound any different, but you can feel the difference as it does have a noticeable effect the brain. The gear doesn't need to be flat to 100khz or for gamelan music to be used to feel an effect. It can be felt with conventional headphones.

Hifiman Ananda Stealth V2 Headphone Review

Personally, I only vote on headphones that I've tried. There's no need to vote on headphones I have never tried because I can see the results of the poll without voting. Also, let's not forget that Amir actually recommended this crappy headphone to his readers, but they weren't swayed by his...

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

The problem is that I have a switch on my music player that adds or takes away the ultrasonics. I do not know how to modify digital files like you say, but if I figure it out i will do the experiment and show proof here of what I already know I can do.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

The only claim I made about personally testing this is that i swapped the music around myself to see if I could tell the difference between music with ultrasonics and music without ultrasonics. I could tell the difference between the two, but I can say whatever I want here. However, I did...

The most overrated and underrated headphone you tried?

The most overrated headphones for me is the Hifiman Ananda V3. Its good to see that this website doesn't fall for the lies I've seen said about this headphone by various YouTubers and other review websites. I think Hifiman headphones in general are overhyped. The most underrated headphones I...

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

I like that suggestion but will have to look into how to prepare such files because I just don't know how to do it. If I can figure it out then I will return to show my results.

What headphone(s) do you own ?

I own a lot of headphones but my top three are Aune AR5000, Hifiman he400s and Philips X2. The rest have to go because the Aune AR5000 has just blown them all away with it's quality. My hd600 probably has to go as well. I got rid of hifiman sundara and hifiman Ananda as they were not good...

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

So we are not accepting the research by Oohashi on inaudible higher frequencies affecting the brain? If that research is dismissed here then that is not a great look for the people of this forum because you can easily try the experiment for yourselves before dismissing the research. It is...

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

Vinyl vs CD frequency response As shown in the above video, vinyl has a greater frequency range than CD. This may be why some people prefer to listen to vinyl.

    That's it. Stay ignorant.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

Where did I say it would put back the original ultrasonic frequencies that are gone for good? An extrapolation of the originals is 100% fine and has the same desired positive effects.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

Yeah, I do it all the time. It's easy.

Can anyone explain the vinyl renaissance?

Vinyl outputs a lot of ultrasonic frequencies that are missing from digital formats such as MP3 or FLAC. In scientific studies, these frequencies have been found to impact the brain in positive ways. This may be why many people prefer vinyl. I know I do. But nowadays I prefer to just add...
