JH was revolutionary in the live scene. The problem arose when the headfi fanboys put it on a pedastal for the average home user. This brand was hyped up so much, while being overpriced and underperforimg. JH was pushed as your salon2 or kef blade, 8381 etc.

There are some speakers where the passive crossover is a liability, and it maybe worth considering ditching. March speakers dont fall into that category. If you really want to do it, speak to Alan about building you a set without crossovers, and appropriate wiring/binding posts. Maybe cheaper...
