I just got the 9038D6K version from Amazon. It's very small - a true miniature. Hat is off to the company for being able to achieve such a high SNR/SINAD in such a small package. The aluminum enclosure is very solid.

D&D 8C has distortion around 3% at 200Hz and 1% at 1kHz at 96db. If an amp / DAC / etc would perform this poor everyone would scream murder. For a fraction of the price KH150 has much lower distortion and very good dispersion. Add a sub and you are done. KH420 is also great.

I prefer the narrower dispersion of the S7T for imaging and less room reverb. However, 15k$ is a very good deal on Meta 2 Blades. I say it's a win-win. Which ones do you like aesthetically? Nothing wrong in this case with some subjective choice. S7T is geeky looking - like a Lego block.

My understanding is the high pitched noise is from the screen's ceramic capacitors and not from software but I may be mistaken.

The measurements on the first page. Has anyone heard the difference between -118db SINAD for a DAC and -120 db? Why is one measurement sacred and the other unacceptable?
