I have used the various calculators online to try and get the right tv distance. That is my first consideration. If only I’d of built it 1m wider! Hindsight!

Thanks for your comment. The only caveat I should add to that is on the rear of the long wall (behind my head to the right of the MLP) is a large window... So I can't use much absorption.

This explains something which I’ve never been able to explain! It's the reason why I seem to be drawn to the sound of wider baffle/larger driver speakers.

I've owned these for 6 months and yes they do need EQ in small rooms. Then again, most speakers need this in my room! I had an integrated amp with Dirac and it made me incredibly happy with the sound. Unfortunately I had to sell the amp due to financials, but I'm making do with Roon PEQ to deal...

To me, this is a more useful speaker than the new KEF LS60… The Dirac Live addition swings it massively into Dynaudio’s direction… However, shame I can afford neither! Hopefully these speaker types are the way forward with built in correction and the prices start to come down.

A question to those more knowledgeable… Did they have to be this narrow due to some scientific reason? Or is it aesthetic? I only say because it upsets me just how narrow these are. One of the oddest looking speakers I’ve seen.
