I know RadioDroid, used to use it. But Open Radio is pretty damn good and keeps getting updated on Android phones, tablets, Android Auto cars and Android Automotive cars.

Instead of TuneIn Radio, Eversolo DMP-A6 should add (and hopefully will) support the way better and open www.radio-browser.info
