What do you mean? BubbleUPnP is not limited by any formats nor sampling rates when streaming. If you are using it to play music on your phone then this is a limitation of your phone's audio stack (e.g., Android). UAPP has its own stack and thus might be preferable as a local audio files player...

You will need a DLNA/UPnP server with UPnP search functionality, very few has it. For instance, Plex Media Server does not support UPnP search. The search needs to be done on the server end for obvious reasons (performance).

Unfortunately, this also depends on DRM/endpoint device certification level, with only AM partners' devices being potentially certified (or not certified, this is not given) for playing back at high bitrates and/or lossless codecs. So the choice of particular playback stream is more complicated...

And that is exactly what I wrote: no HD/UHD casting to Chromecast, only lossy SD quality. The original assertion was that WiiM Mini was world first to support Amazon Music casting in lossless HD/UHD quality and it is true.
