Topping L30 II Review (Headphone Amp)

Hmm. Interesting I updated audio drivers and Windows OS drivers and now I can use all gains without problems. No clipping. With tube amp and estats. But my gain is now lower. High is now "medium". Maybe there was driver bug somewhere.

    That looks very promising.

    Nectar Hive Review (Electrostatic Headphones)

I don't have problems like that what Amirm claimed. Look at TPU review. My measurements are almost the same. There is only a 7 kHz spike that I don't like but that is easy to EQ. My measurement with sponge.

    Nectar Hive Review (Electrostatic Headphones)

Where did you get this info? Ifi Audio may bring back the iESL. They have voting in progress at the head-fi. Edit. Ohh U mean they should do it? Definitely, yes :) But if they're gonna do it then they should need to implement the same principle.

Carver Crimson 275 Review (Tube Amp)

I have Muzishare X7. It weighs 22.5 kg. Company has a good reputation. I haven't looked inside on my unit but it should be grounded right. I may do it someday when I'm more educated and time for it. At least this photo shows its.

Carver Crimson 275 Review (Tube Amp)

Can you point what is cheap crap at the ebay? My ebay buy costed me 1700€. It's China tube amp and I think its ok for the price. Not perfect but maybe some tube guru could mod it better.

    Sennheiser HD569 Headphone Review

@Andysu do u have a sheet for the ear? I have a wooden sheet and it has high density foam and silicone sheet. I'm getting a nice seal with my measurements.

    Sennheiser HD569 Headphone Review

You cant compare it directly to this headphone. Look how much estats normally is priced. So it's very cheap to compared other estat headphones.

    Sennheiser HD569 Headphone Review

Amirm didn't like Nectar Hive. "Extreme low distortion" but messy and high treble. Would be better buy low distortion headphone and then EQ it ur liking? This is still my favor HP. It's so clean sounding and fast because it's electrostatic. Still many ranked it better than some estats that cost...

    Sennheiser HD569 Headphone Review

I would lower frequencies at 100-200 Hz. I think Amirm had bad measurement.

    Nectar Hive Review (Electrostatic Headphones)

That is a bit aggressive EQ for the upper bass. I use a 50 Hz +7 dB low pass. It looks like this: And that is all that I need when modded HiveX.

Stax l700 measured with EARS and REW

@Ardacer and @stroshek Are you going to make electrostatics with a single driver? There are also multiple diagram designs. I'll look forward to both of ur future estats :)
