I’m streaming from Tidal. Doesn’t matter if I str from my phone or from my laptop.

One issue I seem to be having (Unison) is the music cutting out every few minutes. Cuts out, then starts up again a few seconds later. I put in a powerline ethernet adaptor I had lying around, hasn't really helped. Sounds really good other than that, even with my Polk Audio RTi3 bookshelves...

Have a pic of the bottom by chance? Is it one insert in the middle or multiple? Unfortunately I’m up in Canada / East coast.

Curious, do these speakers have any mounting inserts in the bottom for stands?

Not sure there’d be much point moving from the Aiyima to this amp. Especially if you’ve modded the Aiyima. I had the SMSL AO200 and the Aiyima, couldn’t really tell much of a diff at all so returned the AO200.

How did you go about measuring/testing that?

I’m a newb with DACs. So by sending it via toslink are you only sending the raw signal and therefore bypassing the DAC of the Unison/Link? I know @amirm mentioned listening to the unit with ARC was a pleasure and hides any problem with the “broken DAC” so curious what adding the external DAC...

Got my 3800 around 230pm Monday, maybe they killed the code shortly thereafter as they had just killed the 25% code.

Is the SMSL SU6 a decent choice to match? Love the internal power supply. Also, is there a preferred way to connect (toslink, RCA, USB)?

Just ordered the 3800. Use powered speakers for my LCR, so only need amplification on the remaining 6 surround/atmos channels. Was some 30% off discount code for Denon so figured that would pay for the Dirac upgrade(s). Can sell my Sunfire CG200x7 amp and Anthem AVM60.

Just wondering how many conversions I need. Right now I have the Unison going into my Subwoofer which performs bass management and then out from the sub to the SMSL AO200. Not sure if adding a DAC would cause more harm than good? Would it go between the subwoofer and AO200 or between the Unison...
