Political expremists of the right and left at times spread disinformation. The concern in the EU about 5G seems more one of the left, but climate change denialism is obviously a problem of the right. In the USA anti vaccination sentiment seems mostly a problem of the right, but in Europe it is more nuanced, and varies between countries.

If you think disinformation comes from only one side of the political divide, then you are part of the problem.

No i not think that it comes only from one side. But if you dive deeper into actual conspiricy theories you know which side is very active in spreading.

Imo we have to deal with a wide spread desinformation campaign from the right wing, Its not only covid.
And the left wing.

The media doesn't understand science, economics, business, statistics, etc., etc., etc...

And they talk about "settled science" but almost every scientific article says, "Scientists had previously thought..."
The business of "Media" is to capture eyeballs. Disinformation captures eyeballs, encourages "debate". I keep going back to this Thomas Pynchon quote:

If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers.

This is only going to devolve into either a Covid or Political science rant. Closing this before the blood letting begins.
