Which browser and what kind of device are you using? They work fine for me on Chrome and desktop/laptop.

Doesn't work on my desktop chrome and android chrome and opera

I turned on my VPN and it worked that is really weird either the site is blocking my IP or my ISP is blocking the site.

Is it possible to generate the error again and zoom out on the page so we can see the entire image of the error?

FWIW, my Pi-Hole was blocking app.powerbi.com, which runs the new format.

This is probably the root cause. Adding app.powerbi.com/* into your allowed URLs will probably fix the issue.
