Ardbeg An Oa
Any of those stand out as worth trying?Am I really the last person to post here?
I’ve been in sort of a scotch journey over the past couple of months, having tried these for the first time:
Ledaig 10
Craigellachie 13
Ardbeg an oa
Bladnoch 10
Benriach smoky 12
Deanston 12
Ardbeg Uigeadail
Achentoshan triple wood
Balvenie 14
Any of those stand out as worth trying?
Uigeadail is one I keep going back to.Any of those stand out as worth trying?
Recommending Ardbeg is kind of like cheating .Uigeadail is one I keep going back to.
The real question is if I'd still go back to it in a blind tasting...Recommending Ardbeg is kind of like cheating .
Are you just trying to get someone to ply you with drinks? It's a good plan if it works. The real question is if I'd still go back to it in a blind tasting...
The ledaig and bladnoch were especially good. I’m still getting to know the Deanston.Any of those stand out as worth trying?
I tried the special reserve and the antique and am not a big fan. At least they are producing something obtainable now.View attachment 135249View attachment 135249
can you tell I like Weller or maybe it’s just the “wheated” ?
I love the triple cask 15. Almost a perfect match for my tastes. The double cask was a disapointment after the triple.I'm a big fan of Macallan's 15yo. Almost chocolatey!
