Video Games in the Olympics?

Japan’s ruling party wants to legalize professional gaming tournaments, joining a groundswell that started last summer amid speculation that video games will become an Olympic medal sport by 2024.

High-time the Greeks reclaimed the games. Hold them every 4 years with only the original contests. Competing in the nude as per the originals may pose problems.

This would save status-seeking international hosts a fortune and enrich poor Greece which at present doesn't get royalties for the poaching of their national historical 'treasure'.
