About 8", snowing lightly, with another heavy band to move in later tonight. Losing some limbs, hopefully not any big trees, but so far still have power (knock on wood). Still, better than the tornados my little sis in Oklahoma is ducking. The irony is I stored the snowthrower and got out the lawnmower last Saturday.

Of course, glorious white spring colors! :) The lilac had optimistically budded out. Normally reaching the garage roof, the top is now on the ground.

It was nice for the first four hours of shoveling and clearing, then it got sort of old... My wife is thoroughly sick of it, but the trees covered in snow are very beautiful.

Hadn't seen this. We're just north of Elizabeth and got 9" or so. Took 4 limbs off one of our apple trees out front - hopefully it makes it. Nice that we're finally getting some spring weather. Double-digit days into June before our first 80 degree day is certainly unusual.

I thought you had only about 8" Don, that ruler shows at least 12". No need to be so modest. :)

Amazing to see that snow, thanks for posting.

8" when I went to bed, final tally was about 15" when all was said and done.

Here is what it looks like just a couple of weeks later:
