Well they state PE - Polyethylene (Foam).
@Nkam just as example and neither for balanced nor mini XLR nor you told TRS pool's or diameter.

Try to see which Beyerdynamic stock mini XLR one's are good if you want that on solderdudes blog.
PE is similar to rubber; soft, nice on touch, actually better and less microphonic and with very good endurance (depending on which one is used). Rating goes from PE10 to PE30+ (years). Sony use PE10 for it's cable's (headphone, USB...) for a long time now (about 20 years) and for headphone...
No and not really, that amplifier has three gain settings and you use it accordingly to SPL of headphones per V, mW to impedance load. Analog pots are never a very good solution even in this case there is little variation between measured samples (Amir/Wolf) and little of imbalance between...
All set aside, modern jewelry and so silver is really a bad choice for it's oxidation properties. Now there are even Graphen cables and that's another nonsense other than looks. Good old OFC (for oxidation properties not conductivity) in graphite (EMI shilling, price...) TP-E (up to 30+ years...
Part of it; got lost, demaged, stolen... had most of it digitalis and then again I lost server (HDD). Anyway it's not that simple, it never is. Imagine world get striped out of classical music from old composers because some troll supposedly menages to get copyright for it somehow. I think wars...
Not torrents, specialised site's but I won't go into how to use them and there is a catch to it. If you expect me to pay for materials that I already owned (on different physical media) from authors that aren't with us for a long time now which I also consider as national cultural heritage to a...
I have bilt up preference (that's similar to yours) and good tuned main speaker sistem as a guide line. There is even more to then what you already mentioned like equal loudness compensation but as I don't have HATS to play around such things this is enough for me.
Regarding how far we menaged...
@solderdudeI It seems average for both other ear and ear chenel is somewhere in between BK5128 which in highs is bright to almost any ear model, has a little less bass and GRAS 43AG-7 used originally for Harman over ear 2018 which is too small regarding ear models and a bit recessed in highs...
@Makahl to Harman over ear use DCA Stelth crinacle to JM-1 error as base to your own can's crinacle measurements no smoothing, Harman over ear 2018 target with bass and slope adjustment (-1= -5 and - 0.20 and max slope 12 dB) and if need be (depending on your can's) treble reduction at 3 KHz...
@Iridist for HD 560S do this;
go to Auto-EQ (Web app), select HD 560S crinacle from all (for the HATS and cuppler), select diffuse field 5128 (HATS) as target no smoothing (turn it off), tap/click the headphone icon to include error as it is now and adjust treble and slope as in screenshots...
Depends what you are driving. Best performance for headphones amplifier will be in - 6 to - 12 dB range (½/¼ of max voltage it outputs) and six more to that before it fall down and it fals faster than let's say stage that can produce less voltage to start with. Also crosstalk isn't that much...
Get back to post 127 and read.
Would be good think for Sean to do that also and no 105 Hz is not transition frequency it morphs (extends more). There is a progress regarding low bass additional boost which shouldn't be neglected either after ISO 226 2003 & 2012.
Preference whose done based on...
@lukeman3000 key word is driving what and at which SPL in case of some in ears/ on - over ears? For balanced line out to active speakers no, eventually regarding noise when not playing anything. For headphones/earphones a lot more depands but in generally Scarlett ain't good there.
