Have you upgraded to the latest firmware version (1.52 or later)?

Not to discourage you as there are good units out there but did the above with 2 of my units. They still failed. I don't think it matters what you do if you get one of those units.

Had mine for about a week. Had a few firmware bugs but they were fixed right away. Everything seems good now. Works as advertised. No measurements but seems like a good unit. I'm using them to run a 3-way open baffle line array. Seems like good value.

It'd be nice if there were at least 2 or 3 times more taps. Really limits the use to high frequency only.

Also if the time delay and phase are equal in both cables for a stereo run (which they should be) then we won't hear it anyways.

Ya it's messed up. It will happen again later at some point. I would send it back asap for refund.
