You can remove the tweeter after removing the fasteners securing it to the cabinet but I think you'd be better off finding someone experienced in speaker repair.

Agreed. I gave Season 1 a shot but very little resembled the books. Gave up about half way through Season 2 Episode 1. This isn't the story I'm familiar with and I don't think it will get any better.
