XV only needs minor EQ below 3K. Treble is already pretty much neutral.

The most natural sounding (out of the box) Hifiman is the Edition XV, but I do EQ it slightly.

It only clicks for me when I pause audio but I am on Linux (different driver).

What happened with the balanced output lol? I just bought a fancy 4.4mm silver cable for my Edition XV.

I think the DCA stuff is a bit dodgy in terms of how well the AMTS works with individual people's ears. If you're going to buy one...

LCD2 is kinda muffled and dead sounding, not really an issue with the DAC. My Edition XV sounds very wide and spacious with it.

I haven't noticed it. On Linux I was hearing it through headphones as well I think.
