Did you purchase the song/album from iTunes? Your screenshot shows that song is being stored in the cloud so I would suggest deleting it from the cloud/library and retrying to stream it.

To be fair though, most of those amps were evaluated and measured with different gain settings. I think both the THX 789 and 887 (Monoprice one) had some of the test run showing Low, Medium and High gain. That has been pretty common practice in the reviews.

Have you heard any update on the shipping or review of the Phonitor X? Beautiful looking and sounding headphone amp and I've always wondered how it would test. Amir's review might finally put me over the edge to buy one.
