Would it be worth stacking the A30 Pro with the Gustard X16, i know the x16 is balanced but still should compliment each other.

The A30 Pro has balanced inputs so there's no reason it won't work well.

The only reason it won't work well is that the chassis is a bit shorter than the X16 and it wont stack so nicely (visually) :)

Would need one of those acrylic shelving lol, just the X16 seems to be rated higher compared to D30 pro.

Currently using DT 1990's with Magni H/Modi 3, planning on buying HD800S still deciding if i should go tube or not.

DT1990's peak was fixed without EQ just changing pads to dekoni elite velour, world of difference.

I really like when they do these comparisons.

The A30Pro appear designed to put alongside D70 and be the size of a rack!

D70s+A30pro = 44.4 cm

Pre90+Ext90 = 44.4

You can rack Pre90+Ext90 side by side

Thes chinese guys are taking all my money

Just a small aesthetic inconsistency between the A30 and D30 Pro name printing that could (potentially) trigger someone OCD.

"D30Pro" (put all together) and "A30 Pro" separated:

Besides, I don't know what you think, but IMO they would gain a LOT aesthetically moving the specifications ("High performance headphone amplifier, 32 BIT/384 kHz DSD super ultra DAC") to the back, it would be an even more elegant touch to an already terrific design, maintaining the front I/O clearer and minimalistic without affecting the functionality of the input/gain tags. As it is now it seems a bit congested.

It might seem trivial given the engineering feat, but one of the things that I think makes Topping stand out from other Chinese manufacturers is precisely that they care about design.

I agree. Think its a bad habit picked up from Japanese manufacturers.
