Yes, afaik , I didn't notice when I took the photo, only later when I processed it. I don't know why the shopping centre did it, it's not a requirement like designated parking for disabled. It's directly opposite an entrance, but...?
...And...? there are abortion clinics that are like a brand with proper ads, like paying for ads on bus shelters, and there are the men's clinic ads. ? Does someone not see those ads but see a sticker ad like that and go "Oh good, just what I need."
