Which has better specs to play lossless music from powered bookshelf speakers? (AudioEngine A5+)
My speakers have RCA and 3.5mm inputs. So I guess the D10? Also, does USB power and wall wart have an audible difference in audio quality? The D10 has optical inputs too no? Also, 99% of my FLAC files are 24/196. The rest, 24/192 and some DSD files.Which inputs do you need?
Only USB from laptop? If so, I asvise the D10.
If you need optical or coaxial in, take the D30.
It's on AliExpress sirWhere did you find a new 2019 version?

Speakers Audioengine A5+No, the D10 has optical OUTPUT. It can be useful if someone wants to convert USB to optical to run a very long optical fiber, to another room for instance. But it has only a USB input.
The D30 has USB, optical and coaxial INPUTS.
Speakers Audioengine A5+
Budget $130
Flac files 24/196 and 24/192
Which should I go for? The D10 or the D30? Thank you for the help in advance!
No audio difference (SQ) between wall wart and usb yeah?I have a D10 and I like it very much. If you only need USB input, get a D10.

I have my desktop pc. Will get a raspberry pi soon with Volumio!Unless your USB port is broken no. It can even be better if you have a noisy grid.
