I'm sure it's something minor, but currently can't see what.

Subpac connected via an audio jack to output 4 on MiniDSP Flex. No signal being received.

I have tested the signal chain via laptop headphone port and it all works fine.

The other 3 outputs (2 monitors and a subwoofer) all work fine.

I have tried swapping the Subpac + jack to another channel, still no juice.

There are no filters or EQ or any processing on any of the channels.

Just got the MiniDSP Flex in the mail today, so not that familiar with it yet.

Wondering if anyone has thoughts on what might be going on.

FWIW the subpac only takes a 3.5mm jack, so I'm using an adapter to connect to the Flex.

All the best,

Mikey

I am not familiar with a subpac, looks interesting. Have you tested to see if it is working? Does it just take a standard line output?

Can you log into the flex on your PC to see what is going on with the DDRC-24 plugin graphic?

Balanced or unbalanced flex?

What about the cable - how is that wired?

Is it a mono cable?

Have you tried it to send audio to another device such as headphones, or powered speaker?
