One of the best things about Youtube is finding something by chance and going down the rabbit hole after it. I especially enjoy unknown musicians with extraordinary talents. At the moment, it's Chooka Parker.

Probably the best intro is his backstory and audition for a talent show a few years ago:

That's insanely good. In a way I like this improvisation much better than the other covers.

I'd never heard of Oliver Heaviside. Maybe everyone else has.

That boogie woogie piece is fantastic! That man is very well acquainted with the keys. I would love to hear him branch out to fusion.
