I have also done a 40W SECA but it is very heavy, not for the faint hearted and lots of SMD, so hands up for this torture ;)

I'd love to but never warmed up too well with PCB's and a soldering iron.
Any chance of a point to point version like the Dyna, Heath, and Knight kits I built back in the day? :D

Sal, if you know how to solder point to point you can do the same with PCB. It is a lot less error prone with PCB. Since Colin has done the design for the PCB, it can be fabricated with ease and you go from there.

Colin has anyone ever put a kit together for these amps?

It a space ship a "Enterrosita" ( spelling may be wrong)

Also there is two set of heatsinks so these make 2 Amps not one.

Just a note the Primary and the Secondary of the transformers are wire in opposite i.e. Rtn to Hot this reduces the stray magnetic field.

Here is a better picture of the amp and its heat sinks,
They are 180mm tall x 120mm wide x 120 deep
Sorry don't know what that measures in old money

I love the glass panels, (I think glass?)
The extremely neat, orderly internal layout deserves to be seen!
Very nice work.
