Is this DAC good enough?

Thanks guys! I actually just bought an Oppo 105 for a very nice price. They can be had really cheap these days, as some people are upgrading to the newer models. So that's a dac, preamp, CD and Blu-ray player, all in one. And its fully balanced and measures very well. One step closer to de-cluttering my setup. I'm happy.
