10 bands peq is so far so good! I can't talk about room correction as an android user. However, Wiim just announced today that the app will take an external usb mic for RC soon. I assume something like Dayton IMM-6c but that's my guess.

Wait for either wiim ultra or wiim amp pro. Both have usb external storage connection. And both support 10 bands peq with their own room correction funcrion along with sub out. They are constantly working on firmware upgrade to make their prodicts even better. Wish I had more rooms so that I can...

For now, their app RC has been not the best. However, with upcoming each channel 10 bands peq update, one can always use rew with a measurement mic. It will be the best budget option for RC (other than Mini, all other wiim models will get it)

Got the beta 10 bands peq firmware for Android. Works very well. This thing just keeps getting better. I saw they are now implementing it for each channel...

Sub out is very nice. But no balanced out is a bummer. I will pass.

Since eqapo doesn't work with wasapi or tidal dac exclusive mode, I still like this usb only peq very much. Though no one likes mqa here, I am also happy that this will let me use peq with tidal mqa. Regardless, I won't buy this as I don't want to buy a separate headphone amp :)

To those who are familiar with REW, as Wiim will release 8 bands peq soon, is the generic & configurable peq with 8 bands setting would be good for Wiim peq filters (LS, HS, and PK)? As Wiim's own room correction won't support Android, I am thinking about getting a measurement mic such as umik1...
