Psi Audio C20 bass absorbers

Just wondering if anyone has used these or heard them in use. Actively absorb sound 20-150hz to prevent or reduce uneven bass response.

Yes, I remember these being discussed here a while back.. plenty of subjective waxing lyrical but the measured improvement was tiny for the cost of them.

I'm not trying to be critical of Bob. He's a great guy and I appreciate that he measured the difference and posted his results.

I believe they do work, but just like every other resonator, membrane trap you need a lot of them, at a recent demonstration they were using four in quite a small room, one in each corner.

The argument about the whole category has been whether you are better off buying subwoofers instead and using them to correct bass response.
